Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible for return
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used kitchen appliances or products
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Clearance or final sale products
- Gift cards or promotional items
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within the 14-day return period by emailing:

- Photos of the item if damaged or defective
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2–5 business days.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Approved refunds may be issued in the form of:
- Store credit
- Replacement product
- Refund through an agreed method based on the order circumstances
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Culinary Shelter.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging for verification purposes.
After approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as Culinary Shelter is not responsible for lost return shipments.
